IRS Total Information Processing Support Services (TIPSS-4)

The TIPSS-4 ITS (Total Information Processing Support Services Information Technology Services) contract is a 10-year, multiple award, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle, with specific support service requirements defined at the task order level. The goal of TIPSS-4 is to provide the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) / Department of Treasury with state of the art, modern technology service that includes business application and large-scale integrated legacy systems support, as well as security services and program management.

As a subcontractor to Avaya, Orizon can provide services under the following scope areas:

(ITS) Principal Task Area - The ITS principal task area provides contractor support for the design, development, deployment, operations and maintenance of IRS IT Systems; all aspects of systems security such as conducting risk analyses, development of recommendations and implementations, plans for new procedures and changes to existing systems, project management skills and tools for managing, tracking, reporting, transitioning large-scale systems; and for maintaining configuration management controls.
