Orizon, Inc. has been awarded a multi-year $10Million contract to support the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) to provide technical support of IBM Domino, groupware, databases, collaborative, and other client server based applications. Orizon will also support the transition of Domino applications to a new hosting facility, as well as supporting the conversion of Domino applications to another platform. As part of the support, Orizon will provide services ranging from conducting research on cutting-edge technologies, conducting software evaluation and analysis in preparation for application software installations, to monitoring servers and ensuring application availability, application development and maintenance that will include System Development Life Cycle documentation. Additionally, Orizon will be responsible for project planning, requirements documentation testing and disaster recovery. Finally, Orizon will support a full migration effort from the current Domino platform to a new platform.
