Solutions Development and Deployment Support to the Executive Office of the President (EOP) – The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR)

The EOP USTR issued Orizon a 5-year contract to transition USTR staff members and business units from obsolete systems to a modern social computing framework in Microsoft SharePoint. Orizon’s support included monitoring and working with USTR’s IT staff to help manage the organization’s site expansion to ensure adherence to best practices as utilization of the SharePoint platform increases.

We designed and developed new enterprise business solutions to improve operations using Microsoft SharePoint advanced workflow, collaboration, and content management capabilities. We provided technical expertise to the USTR administrators and were responsible for operations and maintenance support to help diagnose and resolve problems in coordination with the EOP host computing staff. We trained USTR staff on the capabilities of new solutions we developed, their integration with other Microsoft Business Suite applications, and content management and collaboration optimization techniques of SharePoint.
