Preparing organizations and end- users for the implementation of an Information Technology solution is a critical factor for success. At Orizon, we have developed an implementation assurance practice for addressing implementation from the perspective of the organization and the individual. We have found that many training sessions typically start by asking the questions "why are we here and what is this system supposed to do for us?" By addressing organization development (OD) issues throughout the system life cycle, Orizon creates an environment where the implementation of new technology occurs in an atmosphere where the user community from the beginning understands the system and its potential benefits.
