401(k) Plan
Our 401(k) savings and retirement plan provides the ability to invest pre-tax earnings (subject to IRS limitations) in a variety of professionally managed funds.
Medical Insurance
Employees can choose between in and out-of-network providers, and can elect coverage for themselves and their dependents. The plan also includes a prescription drug program and gym-membership reimbursement.
Dental Insurance
Employees may choose their dentist and elect coverage for themselves and their dependents. The plan provides coverage for all preventive dental, basic, and major services.
Paid Time Off
We provide generous vacation and sick leave. Employees accrue 10 days of vacation leave and 5 days of sick leave each year. Personal leave increases based on employee¹s length of service. A full-time employee will accrue 15 days a year after completion of the third year of service, and accrue 20 days a year after completion of the seventh year of service.
Training and Certification
Orizon employees qualify to receive company-paid training. Employees are eligible to attend approved training to enhance job performance or career opportunities within Orizon. In addition, we reimburse our employees for the cost of successfully passed exams taken towards vendor certifications.
Holidays
As a Federal Government contractor, we observe 10 Federal Government holidays each year.
Long Term and Short-Term Disability Insurance
We provide ours employees income protection in the event of short-term illness or disability as well as long-term financial protection.
Life and Supplemental Life Insurance
Orizon offers group term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment benefits. We also offer our employees the opportunity to purchase additional life insurance at discounted plan rates.
Vision Coverage
In conjunction with our medical insurance coverage, Orizon offers vision coverage that covers eye exams, and provides discounts on glasses, contact lenses, and laser vision correction services.
