Course Development and Supervisory Training at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)

Orizon was awarded a prime contract to provide training to the first-line supervisors at NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility, Glen Research Center, Goddard Space Flight Center, and Ames Research Center. The project entailed course development to include NASA-specific customization and program branding, instructor-led course material development, and Instructor-led course delivery facilitated by subject matter experts.

Orizon converted the instructor-led course to a technology-enabled learning experience consisting of a series of self-paced modules and the development of a manager’s desktop quick reference guide. The instructor-led training was delivered to NASA centers around the country. As a result of Orizon’s effort, NASA adopted the lessons learned in our course; and now distributes the information to many of its locations worldwide.
