Program Management Office Technical Support for the Department of Homeland Security Human Capital Business Systems

Orizon provided the DHS Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) Human Capital Business Systems (HCBS) division with program management support for major HR IT investments including the development and management of the OMB Exhibit 300, Capital IT Investment Control Planning, and business case and other program-related requirements for reporting to Congress.

We assisted in monitoring program performance; adjusting assignments, sequencing priorities and schedules; and providing requirements and business process engineering support. These activities required technical and functional knowledge and expertise in HR systems and policy to analyze system requirements and conduct testing.
