Orizon provides technical SharePoint system administration support and guidance to effectively maintain newly developed software solutions. We provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support for the sustained operation of the applications we develop. This support includes monitoring system performance, providing advanced troubleshooting support, resolution of functional and performance-related problems, developing and implementing emergency fixes, supporting ONDCP with the installation and configuration of upgrades to underlying technologies that are required for system operation, providing system enhancements, and assisting the Government with system disaster recovery preparation and testing.
As part of our Agile development approach, we gather requirements, conduct stakeholder review sessions, develop visual mockups, and prototype user interfaces for customer reviews. During development we engage stakeholders early and often, propose design and deployment best practices, and develop a complete set of required Technical Review Board, Change Advisory Board, Information assurance (IA) design, and technical solution deployment documentation for the EOP OCIO. We complete the required application life cycle documentation, based on EOP guidelines, and work closely with the EOP OCIO to deploy new solutions and support the Government’s IA testing/audit requirements.
