Website Development for the General Services Administration (GSA)

As a prime contractor to GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of General Supplies and Services (GSS), Orizon provided on-going support for the Federal Strategic Sourcing Initiative (FSSI) Knowledge Management Portal (KMP) website (strategicsourcing.gov).

Orizon completely re-wrote the GSA FSSI KMP website using Drupal, implemented the full suite of GSA GSS Office Supplies commodity area requirements, and added additional enhancements and vendor reporting requirements to the site.

Orizon support services covered a broad spectrum of tasks ranging from the system administration of the application environment within the GSA provided IT infrastructure, system and software maintenance and new application development including the FSSI KMP database, custom code development, Drupal Content Management System (CMS) implementation and configuration, project management, and user training and support.

We provided content recommendations and development, cataloging, data analysis, updates, and website site maintenance and management to ensure relevant, accurate, and beneficial content is available to support the GSA strategic sourcing community.
