Orizon Awarded a Contract at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) to Provide Cross Platform Mobile Development

July 8, 2021 – Orizon has been awarded a new prime contract by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) to provide cross platform mobile envelopment.

Orizon was recently awarded a contract at BEP to leverage a best in class open-source development framework to develop and maintain cross platform mobile solutions. BEP has been in operation for almost 150 years and its primary mission is to design and manufacture Federal Reserve Notes for the Federal Reserve.  BEP is the sole manufacturer/printer of the nation’s paper currency..

As part of the support, Orizon will develop and maintain common code base solutions capable of running on multiple mobile platforms. As a result, the Orizon will provide the organization with the capabilities to release mobile solutions cheaper, faster, and with better quality.
